Past productions by The Canterbury Players.

The Canterbury Players are based in - Canterbury - and have performed at the Gulbenkian Theatre (University of Kent, Canterbury), The Farmhouse, Canterbury, Whitstable Playhouse and the Horsebridge in Whitstable and at the annual Lounge On The Farm, amongst other venues.

Canterbury Players was established in 2003 after a union of two previously well known local drama groups, Canterbury Dramatics Society and Playcraft.

The performances shown below were presented separately as Canterbury Dramatics Society and Playcraft, until 'Season's Greetings' brought the two groups together. Since then membership has risen to the point where the Players have a wealth of talent and experience to draw on, both on and back-stage, reflected we hope in the quality of what audiences see on stage on those all important performance nights, the culmination of 10 weeks or more of rehearsal and direction, set building, venue finding, stage management and more. We hope you appreciate the professionalism that goes into each production. Tell us, either way via our Contact Page.
